I have enjoyed many wonderful websites. Many talented people have put a lot of effort into making their websites a beautiful, peaceful and enlightening haven to visit.

Now I would like to give my own brand of encouragement to all the hard working webmistress. and webmasters for all the time and effort you have put into your webpages.

There are a few rules that I used as a guideline to determine a winner site. Don't worry, they are not too difficult, and I pretty easy to please.

3. The website must be created by you and not another person.

4. I love graphics and music, however, your pages should load fairly quick or be well worth the wait.

5. I will judge on content, creativity and the effort shown by you and by how easy it is to navigate.
I do not have to agree with your subject matter as long as the created content is non-offensive

6. It must be more than just a page of links !!!

7. Your pages should mirror your inner self. Adding Light to the world.

8. You must provide a link back to my website on your page.
